Recipe: Peanut Satay Dip
I have been asked so many times for this recipe so here you go!
You will need:-
I've not suggested measurements, depends on how many you are catering for, however it can go in the freezer.
Peanut Butter (Crunchy or smooth, up to you)
Honey or brown sugar
Chilli fresh or dried chilli flakes or chilli infused oil
Saucepan & Wooden Spoon
Simply soften the onions and garlic in the saucepan. I use a chilli infused oil but any olive oil will do.
Add in the peanut butter, honey/sugar and chilli to taste.
Keep stirring and add in plenty of water to avoid it drying out.
When you've got the required taste and thickness transfer it into a dish for now or later, a freezer proof dish or a jar to give as a gift.
Top tips - don't let it dry out so keep adding water, don't test it straight from the saucepan as it will be boiling!
